Simultaneous Ring - $4.99 per month - ring more than one line (landline or wireless)
Carryover Minutes - $4.99/month - unused minutes which rollover and expire after three months. Carryover minutes share with other phones on the contract.
Detailed Billing - $1.99/month - the default billing is minimum detail
Early Termination Fee - $200.00 most phones, $350.00 Smartphones
Calls are billed in one minute increments
Toll free numbers will incur airtime minutes
If a device such as an answering machine or fax machine answers the incoming call automatically, the call may be considered completed and billable
The billing for nation wide minutes used on another carriers network (if applicable) may be delayed depending on when Breakaway Wireless is billed by the carrier. These nation wide minutes will be applied against your monthly airtime allowance in the month they appear on your bill, not necessarily during the month of usage. Your roaming indicator will blink to notify you that you are in a nation wide area. The accuracy of the roaming indicator on your phone cannot be guaranteed. Charges for calls will be based on cell sites used and the time of day shown on your phone at the start of the call.
50% or more of your calls must originate in your home calling area
No international calls are allowed

Phones up to $299 - $4.99/month - 1st Claim co-pay $25, 2nd Claim co-pay $50. Phones $300-$600- $9.99/month - 1st Claim co-pay $40, 2nd Claim co-pay $75. Prices based on total retail value of the phone. Insurance must be signed up for within 30 days of phone purchase. Limit two phone replacements. Two year contract required. Protects phone from theft, vandalism, fire, loss water damage, dropped objects and other incidental accidents.
